Ray Monroe and his family travel in their car. At the next stop, Ray's daughter breaks her arm. Father takes the girl to the hospital for examination. The girl is sent to an MRI, and Ray decides to rest a bit and falls asleep in an armchair in the lobby. Waking up after some time, he discovers that his wife and daughter disappeared without a trace, and with his family was disappeared the entry in the visit log.
